1. Do some sort of exercise every day. Sabrina still enjoys going to barre classes, but she says that most days, she only manages a 30 minute walk around her neighborhood. She says it's important to her that she makes it out even on the days she doesn't want to go.
2. Take it easy. That's Sabrina's pregnancy fitness motto.
3. Plan for the next stage. Sabrina is looking for a jogging stroller because she can't wait to get back out there with her baby!
