Cold Brew Smoothie

Frances Largeman-Roth posted the recipe for this cold brew smoothie on her Facebook last week. We are always looking for a healthy way to refuel after workouts, and this one is great!

"The other day I woke up really sore after a tough workout, so I whipped up this little concoction with my cold brew coffee. The turmeric provides an anti-inflammatory benefit and the banana adds plenty of sweetness. If you like it sweeter, you can blend in a teaspoon of honey, sugar or agave. Coldbrew Smoothie: 1/2 cup cold brew coffee + 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa/cacao powder + 1/2 teaspoon turmeric + 1 banana + 1/2 cup milk (whatever kind you like) + ice. Blend until frothy and enjoy!"
