Mango and Coconut Smoothie

Frances Largeman-Roth's mango and coconut smoothie is the perfect drink to start blending in the new year. It's packed with good things, and is extra tasty. 

Ingredients:

2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced (approximately 2 cups)
1/3 cup coconut manna, at room temp (such as Nutiva)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, chilled
Zest and juice of 2 limes
1 teaspoon honey, optional

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute, until smooth.
